• Mega-yachts and huge chandleries on the Dutch side
• Rioting citizens on the French side, complaining about the French recovery efforts after the last hurricane
• The inner lagoon was still littered with wrecked boats from the hurricane
• The lagoon was covered with upside-down jellyfish - strange creatures.
• Upgraded our solar panels to a larger size - no more problems fully recharging our battery bank.
• 10-foot northern swell hammered the islands for a week. We barely felt a thing in this protected lagoon.
• The Dutch side is the most westernized area visited so far - great pizza, modern movie theater
